I did alright this weekend, still managed to record a loss today despite book club Saturday night and all the goodies there. I'm finding that my stomach revolts every time I indulge now - I guess that's a built-in limiter!

Really want to get to 229, going to try hard and be good until I reach there - won't even get popcorn at the movies tonight!
105.0 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 41.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You really are getting there! Good luck at the theater! You should sneak in some Special K Snack chips or something good to munch on to help block out the yummy popcorn smells :)

I should have! Instead I gave in and got the popcorn... oh well, some habits are harder to break than others, and I don't go to the movies all that often!

Yeah I'm a big fan of frozen cokes at the theater so I know when we go I'll be getting 1 or 2 of those! Some habits are hard to break, others are not worth breaking :)
