Went to Beer Fest, two weekends ago. Had 2 free days, minus 1 meal. Then a lunch out for professional activities in the week. Skipped free day last weekend. Preparing to have regular Saturday free day this weekend after getting back on track.

Doing some walking regularly. Need to set definite goals there for mileage per week.
