Hey FatSecreters! I just made my account public, as I want to share this journey and keep myself accountable! No change today, but considering I thought I'd see an increase, this is a win! Last night I ate chips-just chips-for dinner, and followed that with far too many churros! I felt sick afterwards, and I'm reflecting on why I did this. The answer is: I couldn't be bothered making anything myself. Couldn't. Be. Bothered! Not good. This is my health I'm sacrificing for the sake of convenience. Making something myself would not have been difficult. I think there are some underlying emotional reasons for this, it's not laziness. This is what I need to explore and understand if I'm going to change.

Good on you. As they say, it’s not easy but it is worth it. For me, I am just accepting the bad days, honestly incorporating them into my calories, then having a low cal day to follow so I don’t go too far up then drop again. They say one “bad” day every week is good to get the metabolism going, reduce plateaus. Not sure, but sounds good. 😜
I am displaying my progress for the same reason. Keeps me accountable. Onwards and downwards 🙏❤️

Thank you so much for your kind words of encouragement. 😊 I think I'll try the high day-low day strategy, it sounds like a good way to keep the body guessing and not getting too set in its current state.
You're very inspiring btw! And i love your tag line! 💚
