Well the big weigh in to day and it was much better than I anticipated. So completely re-motivated I feel it should be no problem hitting goal by my birthday (7/29). Then we'll see how my plan for maintenance works.

83.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.4 kg a Week
