Been fasting 2 24 hr periods per week (Sun and Tues). Yes, there's water loss, etc, but really pleased with how it's going. I've used a few very low calorie foods here and there (such as fiber supplements).
Have also been taking in more protein for satiety.
74.7 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week
