I haven't been very consistent with tracking anything on here, but I'm relieved to see that I've actually lost some weight despite feeling like I've gained a bit.
Trying to cope with the final few weeks of postgrad as well as the sudden passing of my father have made my eating habits all over the place lately - some days I'm constantly snacking, some days I hardly eat at all, and I never get enough water in.
This might just be the kick in the pants that I needed to prioritise my health again after a difficult month.
