cheat day at dinner had Chinese with the family however I still kept a healthy concept. ate mostly blackened chicken, had habachi that was mushrooms, egg, soy, chive, garlic, lean beef strip, crab. dessert was fried pork dumplings 3 with a drizzle of sauce. at the end I did go over 3k cal for the day, however I feel good not bad about it because instead of all the noodles and rice I usually eat I had proteins and I still left satisfied, thanks to tips from Bruce W I've been following through the day.
147.9 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
