Too much going on in my life...apparently i have an ulcer or severe reflux and go in for some upper gi stuff. Only nibble on crackers and still get heartburn and cramping :( what am i gonna do as far as my atkins? feel free to give me some tips please
68.0 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

Would the chicken broth (low sodium) help at all?

I had some on Tuesday...even that hurts tummy...I think I may have just let my issue go too long. I had pain in March and mentioned it to doc but she blew me off. The one I saw this week was a different doc...should have done something sooner. I will try to have more broth and less crackers I think though...since it doesn't seem to matter what the food is :) thank you very much! One plus..I lost 3 inches in my waist in less than a week :D I just don't want to mess up my carb intake bc my wellbeing otherwise seemed to have improved.

I do agree that the 3" loss is good but it seems like a horrible way to acheive it. Hope you find a solution soon.
