Lost all the weight I gained from holiday. Happy days 😊 To think that last year I would have just eaten and eaten, been miserable and then eaten some more because I’m sad. I’m a little off my schedule but I’m hoping to be 74kg by the end of the month, and between 65kg and 70kg by the end of the year x
76.6 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
