Hv been eating more & struggling to work out at least an hour a day. Tae bo with dumbbells or daily 6km runs despite feeling weak and hazy from flu. But dwn 2 pounds since last weigh in. Yay!
68.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
