Keeps coming down 😁. Practicing meditation, eating light and healthy, sea bass and rice, limiting alcohol intake and drinking plenty water. last Sunday I had lamb roast dinner, on Saturday I had some pizza and burger so wasnt expecting a deficit this week.
93.9 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 12.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
