Very slow progress, but I’ll take any downward movement. Overall very happy for the week 1 results! I have to work more on increasing water and I think that will help. I’m going to be more active next week too.
113.7 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
