In the right direction, but here is a post vacation plan for the month: weekday meal plans and prepping (so I can keep track of portion size and calories ), back to the gym, and alcohol free. Now I am off to prep and freeze some stuff! Yes!
54 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
