Happy for this drop after yesterday’s little increase. Almost gave into eating something I “shouldn’t”.
It’s hard for me to have a little indulgence because of how easily I go completely off the wagon. So while I understand other people can have a little of this or that and not feel deprived, for me when I first start - I need to be relatively strict and not stray from my plan. At least the first week. Tomorrow will be one week since I’ve been back at it and I plan to have a cheat day on Saturday but keep up with my intermittent fasting. I haven’t planned my cheat day yet but I know I want to try some Talenti Gelato that a friend told me about. I think if I plan my cheat days then it won’t make me go overboard and I also won’t feel deprived because any “craving” can be satisfied within 7 days max. Will see how that works for me.
