Today was shoulders and arms. Hoping for some improvement in my triceps this time around. like the front of my arms but my triceps still hang loose. since I upped my weights from 5 to 8lbs think i should see an improvement. I need to buy some ready made protein shakes to get me till dinner time. My kids aren't allowed in the pool till I get home from work but the minute I walk in that door they are in their suits ready to dive in. last night I was so straving, ate a couple crackers and a couple chips, not enough to amount to damage but enough to make me feel quilty.Maybe some hummas and carrot sticks too.
