I haven't been eating right and after being weighed today I'm almost to my highest I've been again 😢😫
122.9 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 32.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

That sounds frustrating, but don’t let the scale get you down. What’s a good habit you can focus on? Sometimes if you commit to one thing (for me it’s usually drinking enough water) the rest of it gets easier. Good luck—I believe you can succeed at your goals.
