I give up. Weight going in wrong direction. No more chicken fingers. or onion soup.I must be getting carbs and calories from the air- jut can't seem to get past this plateau. Walked almost 8000 steps yesterday but the scale goes in the wrong direction. Didn't have one of those chocolate cookies in the office. Guess I shouldn't have inhaled the smell so much.
