Eating under 1700 calories is working. I don't feel like I am starving myself either. Trying not to stuff myself at dinner and eating slower. I heard somewhere it takes 10 minutes for the body to tell the brain its full.

Hope to be under 82 kilos by the time weekend is over.

It takes 20 mins, actually, for the brain to give us a signal that we are full so eat slowly and you won't overeat.
