Hi all you good FS people after near back to back holidays this weigh increase comes as no surprise, (I don't pack a diet in my suitcase). Now back on the diet waggon, onwards and upwards to the goal!
88.2 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 25.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
