Very small amount of cream in my morning coffee - trying to keep the fast going till I ate, around 11. Apparently it worked OK. Plenty little snacks of high fat, high protein foods during the day. Cheese, sausage, some peanuts. Plenty coffee! 😀 very late dinner, around six. A big salad, made from romaine + vinaigrette dressing (plenty oil in that dressing!) and some chicken thigh, cut up. Only about 1 thigh due to all the protein snacking earlier. AND an Enlightened brand Keto ice cream bar, on a stick.
65.3 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
