Well, I still have a week to go to reach my goal. Even though I took a couple baby steps backwards, I’m still plugging forward. I keep telling myself, “if” and I say that lightly, IF I don’t hit my goal by my birthday I still made great progress. I may have slipped a bit, but who doesn’t. I’m not giving up, because I’m half way up that hill. I have 1.8lbs to go before i hit my first goal. Then I’m off for 25 more. The support on this site is none like no other (if that makes sense). Here’s to everyone getting and staying healthy.
