I'm 169lbs and have to get serious about my weight. Well today is the first day off to a great start to lose weight. I did great all day and now I have to get through the night without snacking on junk food like I normally do. I'm dealing with a headach and I normally don't get headaches, I didn't have any diet coke today,that might be it. Till Again
76.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It sounds like you're off to a good start. My experience is that you can feel pretty crappy during the first week or so as your body adjusts to your new routine, but after that it becomes much easier. My problem in the past has been getting off track during that adjustment phase. Keep it up!
