Haven't walked much this week, but have, overall, done pretty well with my eating and tracking! My 7km walk run with my sweet boy would have helped. I'm aware when I choose not to have something- so it makes me super aware of what I WOULD have had previously! Now, to stop hubby sabotaging my efforts! :D Out last night, and again tonight, but making healthy choices is on my mind. Last night I had a beef salad, and only had two alcoholic drinks, plus water. I feel better already, and can see it in my face. :)
