Whew. I’ve revised my evening and morning eating/drinking guidelines. Been doing Keto OMAD. But letting myself snack a lot because I’m pretty thin. 5’ 8”, 145ish pounds. But I crept up to 147 lb. So, plan is revised to NO eating after about 4-5 pm. And no cream added to any coffee/tea. AND my morning coffee will now have no cream or MCT oil. Just back. So my overnight fast doesn’t get canceled by consuming calories.
(Eating window begins somewhere between 12-3 pm, or whenever wifey gets hungry and presents food. I’ve done a lot of cooking here, but she’s the one who desperately needs OMAD to work, so I let her lead on the eating window, menu, etc.)
Yesterday and this morning were the first time I did that since probably 2018. So I’m down 1.6 lb this morning.
