wow...lbs are the same. inches are coming off and my endurance and stamina are improving.
I think I need to limit my intake this week to 1500 cal per day
96.2 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
