Just got back from my first gym session it was a great experience 15 minutes on the elliptical and 45 minutes on the treadmill mix of running and walking and I learned a lot of the weight lifting machines!
I feel like I’m about to die haha
We picked up a new quality scale and I’m currently at 305.1 based off my first weigh in last Saturday at 313 that’s about 7.9 pounds I’ve dropped I know this won’t be consistent weight loss at that much but it’s very motivating to keep me going
138.4 kg Lost so far: 9.0 kg.    Still to go: 47.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
