Yesterday: 2 slices of “Keto” bread, supposedly zero net carbs. My weight goes up every time I eat that bread. I also had a few handfuls of peanuts - sometimes considered questionable in the Keto community.
Otherwise my food yesterday was totally Keto.
66.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.5 kg a Week
