Ok does anyone else find themselves watching the clock to eat again. Not sure if I am hungry or just bored.
112.3 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 44.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Oh yeah.....especially when intermittent fasting. tick..tick..tick... :) Hang in there, I'm learning that feeling a little hungry isn't a bad thing.

Sometimes... If I'm board I'll borrow my brother's X-box and play Skyrim. It might not be working out, but it keeps me from 'grazing'. Or read. I can't watch TV because then I want a snack while I watch, Ha ha.

I find myself planning my next meal before I finish my current meal to the point where I have breakfast planned before I fall. Think I need a life?

I will have to try the gum. I do need to stay busy. You are right hunger isn't bad. Work is little slow so I figured I would chat with you fine people and drink my yerba mate tea.
