I was like that too, when I was on a very restrictive diet I couldn't have candy near me. Now when I have something sweet everyday it's not a problem anymore.

I have to physically tell myself this everytime I'm at the grocery store...especially if there's a line at the checkout and I'm just waiting right next to it!! AHHHHH!

I eat small peices of dark chocolate almost everyday. Yesterday was just a minor slip up. :p
