YAY! This is what happens when you follow your diet 100%! But the human side of us whats to eat all that other stuff that isn't on our diets & isn't good for us! Well, I buckled down ... ate atleast 3 fruits a day, lots of veggies, no dessert, lots of water & less than 25gms of fat a day. Result? Down 6lbs. in 4 days! WooHoo! That's what I'm talkin' about!

Oh, but now the weekend is here! And my hubby leaves in 4 days! Lord, help me! We have lunch with friends today & a going away party for hubby tomorrow! Then we have to indulge in our favorite restaurants before he leaves! ... sigh ...

It's nice to know that God is in control! He has answered so many of my prayers this week! I know that He is watching over us & He has a plan far bigger than I can imagine. Thank you, Jesus!!!
