I have been up and down again but I have not weighed in I did actually go up alot and have lost 4 pounds in 3 days which I KNOW IS TOO FAST! I have decided to try David Kirsh New York City Plan ..for seven days 40 mins cardio 40 mins body conditioning and only protein veg water and green tea ..It is tough but I was not working so I decided to go for it.. it is a change and I will return to fat smash soon!
