I made it through Saturday (yesterday), eating only a few unwanted items. A mini-bag of potato chips, and three French fries my wife tried to get me to enjoy. So, a good keto day. At a restaurant, I had an omelet with veggies and Swiss cheese, and a couple very fat sausage links.
