Back from Texas!!! so many hamburgers and eating full meals 3 times a day, sitting hours at a time...can I lose this 20 lbs?
94.8 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 19.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
