Now that I'm a couple of days into consolidation, I want to create a plan for the future so that I don't go off track. If we're supposed to do 5 days for every lb lost, then with 13 pounds lost, I have to do 65 days in the consolidation phase.
Everything started on Friday, so consolidation phase part 1 (let's say 35 days, and consolidation phase part 2 (30 days) should be between:
Part 1) Friday May 27-Thursday June 30th 1 piece of fruit every day 1 small amount of full-fat cheese 1 piece wheat toast 1 starchy meal (Fridays) 1 free meal (Saturdays) 1 pure protein day (Thursdays)
Everyday: vegetables & protein, 2.5 tbs oat bran
Part 2) Friday July 1st-August 1st 1 piece of fruit every day 1 small amount of full-fat cheese 2 pieces wheat toast 2 starchy meals 2 free meals 1 pure protein day (Thursdays)
Everyday: vegetables & protein, 2.5 tbs oat bran
