Well....It looks like eating steak works for me. Interesting. I have eaten steak for the past 3 days, and have experienced a half pound weight loss each day. Looks like: "Steak. It's what's for dinner!" lol.

It's the protein, not nescessarily the steak. I don't know if I would eat red meat every day. Mixing it up with lot's a different proteins should work too. But great job!
