I'm losing some of my travel weight I've gained over the weekend (204 lbs.) I'm thinking a lot was water weight. Today we had a huge potluck at lunch I had to organize. I was really proud of myself. The only thing I ate off-program was 2 small lumpias and a bit of pulled pork. No dessert!!! (It was tempting, but I stuffed myself with chicken, a few slices of deli meat from the meat tray and my chef salad I had brought. It worked out like a charm!
