I haven't done this right! I should have started my diet again on Sunday 29 May (cos I gained pounds in the interim) but hey ho, never mind... (duh!!) Next, lovely to have diet buddies - we are in this together, no-one need be alone. Next, I madly had a giant banana at work in my break! 120 cals, it's okay, it's okay. Phew! Tempted on way home to buy chocolate and/or booze but bought a friend a birthday card and me a paper and magazine to read... instead! Doesn't quite hit the same spots but hey I'm supposed to be losing weight, right? Maybe I should look at my mind as well as my body...
