Not bad after celebrating the end of my enforced 15 months of inactivity and 3 months after my 2nd operation on my right leg! Now the hard work back to hiking fitness begins.
87 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 24 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
