Its been a while since I did Chest and Back with Ab Ripper X...I need to lift more. Sure I love Insanity; but days like today remind me that I'm neglecting my strength workouts.
71.9 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
