A loss! And that's after a hearty meal with lots of chips last night. I've been exercising more consistently, and my life has become significantly busier now that my oldest has joined boy scouts, we've started our homeschool year, my youngest now wants to join Cub scouts, and my senior dog's health has declined. Somehow I've felt like I accomplished more right now than I did when I had more free time.
