Nice to see the scales moving again. I’m currently doing 16:8 fasts (eating in an 8 hour window) and eating between 1600/1700 cals a day. Hoping to be around 78kg by next Wednesday ❤️
79 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
