Weighing daily (or almost daily) for now, to monitor fluctuations. I forgot to weigh before breakfast, so this is after eating and a cup of coffee. At least it's not going up!
76.6 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
