Whew, back where I belong. Yesterday, I ate two things I’d call questionable, and overall I had what I thought was plenty calories. The questionable items were a pack of roasted peanuts and two keto-labeled ice cream bars, Enlightened brand. Other items - a bunless burger, most of a restaurant Cobb salad, some cheese and sausage, coffee with heavy cream, and some coleslaw I made using some totally keto mayo as the dressing base.
