Up 1.2 lb.
Whoops. I don’t usually eat in the evening but yesterday, I did. 2 pieces of “keto” bread, supposedly zero net carbs. With butter and no-sugar jam. And a 12 ounce pack of broccoli, buttered (that’s not unusual for me, but not on the evening).
Today I’ll have to do a true fast until early afternoon. That’s my plan, at least.
66.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.8 kg a Week
