The only "cheat" I did, was I shared in some sushi yesterday, and, of course there was rice in it. I doubt it was 1/4 C total, but still....
If I can continue to lose this weight this easily. I will be a life long apostle for Atkins! Holy cow! I am so pleased. Impatient, but pleased!
