August 6th 2022: Waist 84cm Hips 112cm Thighs 61cm (have been trail running 🏃♂️ and doing Taichi of late)
Even though scale is not budging right now, I am super pleased with my overall results.
More energy, move easier, feel better in my clothes and I sleep 😴 so well and wake ⏰️ up with loads of energy.
I could never go back to that fat me again 😒. Making every effort 👌 to keep myself this way 💯 %
