This mornings 🌄 weigh in still the same for 4 weeks now.
So I decided to haul out the tape measure instead.

History: Age 42, height 1.63m

March 6th 2022:
Weight 91.8kg
Waist 89cm
Hips 115cm
Thighs 59cm

August 6th 2022:
Waist 84cm
Hips 112cm
Thighs 61cm (have been trail running 🏃‍♂️ and doing Taichi of late)

Even though scale is not budging right now, I am super pleased with my overall results.

More energy, move easier, feel better in my clothes and I sleep 😴 so well and wake ⏰️ up with loads of energy.

I could never go back to that fat me again 😒. Making every effort 👌 to keep myself this way 💯 %
86.4 kg Lost so far: 14.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
