Weight loss has stalled a little. Any tips on how to get it moving again? I don’t mind too much as I’m not gaining weight, but I’d like the scale to go down a bit 😂

I had the same recently. I dropped my calories, tweaked my macros a little bit and spread out my protein intake throughout the day as opposed to having it all in the morning. But out of all those I think it was the drop in calories that got things moving again.

Think that’s probably the way to go. I’ve now lowered my carbs and fat and added to protein. I’ve dropped 100 cals from my normal target, hopefully this will get things moving again 😊

Yes, I think you have to play around with things until you hit the sweet spot. And then that changes as your body composition changes so you have to stay on your toes! Let me know how you get on 💪
