Started the YMCA's Diabetes Prevention Program last night! This will be my 2nd time through the program. Last time everyone in the program lost their 7% weight loss and more. Since completing the course I have crept back up to my original weight but have been working on it over the summer.
Have been struggling with dietary allergies, milk(not lactose), seafood and fish, and have been trying to avoid bread. Also have a small spot of Barrett's Esophagus which flares up occasionally. Todays weight is the lowest I have seen in a while!!
