I had to pause my weight loss journey for the last several months due to personal and work related reasons. I was mindful to not overeat and cut down on snacking. My weight has roughly stayed the same although I've stopped exercising and calorie counting. But now it's time to get back into it. Does anyone have any tips or tricks for healthy eating and/or exercising?

I’m in exactly the same boat so I will follow your journey and offer encouragement where I can.
I’ve been step counting too and while I haven’t lost any weight on the scales I’ve noticed a marked improvement in fitness.
