I seem to have lost 2kgs in 17 day , but i'm not sure because i used a different scale than the one i had used on my last weigh in ... well i'll confirm a lil later in the month when i use the same scale .
65 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 65 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
